Visionary Leader and Principal Architect

Shivaprasad S is an engineer turned educationist with a unique blend of technical expertise, spiritual grounding, and a passion for nurturing young minds. He began his journey with the Brahma Kumaris at seventeen, learning values, meditation, and self transformation that continue to shape his life and work.

After earning his engineering degree, he spent over a decade in the software industry, building strong analytical and leadership skills. Guided by a deeper calling toward education and value based learning, he moved into academics and trained deeply in the field. His qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Value Education and Spirituality, D El Ed, B Ed, and an M A in Psychology, helping him understand both learning and emotional development.

He has served at Open Minds World School, Shimoga, where he integrated moral and spiritual education with modern teaching. He believes in holistic education that supports intellectual growth, emotional intelligence, ethical values, and inner peace.

Fluent in seven languages including Kannada, English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, and Gorboli, he connects naturally with students, parents, and educators across cultures. As Founder and Managing Trustee, he aims to create learning spaces that combine academic excellence with human values, preparing children to face the world with confidence, compassion, and clarity.

Chief Executive Officer

Sowmya R V is an experienced professional who moved from engineering into education and child development. After completing her engineering degree, she spent over a decade at Infosys, where she built strong analytical, leadership, and people management skills that now support her role in education management and parent counselling. She has been a devoted student of the Brahma Kumaris for the past 18 years, and her work is deeply shaped by values, meditation, and self transformation.
Sowmya holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Value Education and Spirituality, along with D El Ed and B Ed qualifications. She began her education journey at Open Minds World School, Shimoga, where she worked closely with young learners and families. She is currently pursuing an M A in Psychology to strengthen her expertise as a Parent Counsellor. Sowmya believes in holistic education that nurtures emotional intelligence, value based learning, and strong parent school partnerships. She is also passionate about environmental sustainability and encourages children and parents to adopt mindful, eco friendly habits. With an active background in theatre, she uses creative expression to build confidence and communication in children.
Fluent in Kannada, English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, she connects easily with diverse families and communities, creating a warm and supportive learning environment. She has been engaged in the field of theatrical performance. The individual harbors a deep affection for spending time with friends and demonstrates a strong commitment to environmental preservation. Her proclivity towards environmental conservation has a profound impact on younger individuals due to her adeptness in responsibly caring for children. She has a passion for traveling and discovering new places.

Mrs. Kalpana Mohan

Smt. Kalpana Mohan is a dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate an educational leader having over 30 years of experience. Smt. Kalpana Mohan has obtained her Master’s in political science, Mass Communication & Journalism. She has also done M.S in Education Management from Alagappa University. Presently she is pursuing her MBA from ICFAI. She has been a passionate teacher, capable administrator and an outstanding institution builder. She has served as the Principal of a leading ICSE school for over a decade and then went on to build a top-class IGCSE school in Bangalore. She is recognised as a motivational trainer, stimulating a large number of teachers and educators. Smt. Kalpana Mohan is a certified Programme Leader and Exam Officer by CIE and a certified CIE teacher for global perceptive. She is also a certified leadership and behavioural trainer, accredited by the American TESOL University. She is an In-house trainer for mind mapping and multiple intelligence and certified quality circle time trainer by Jenny Morsley. She has made paper presentations at various national and international conferences. She has also written articles in different newspapers.
